Private group transport in Paris
Bring your transport plans together for a family gathering, wedding, corporate event, tourist group or airport arrival. VTC Van Paris welcomes requests for vans, shuttle vehicles, minibuses and coaches, with the vehicle arrangement quoted according to your group and itinerary.
Define the journey before choosing the vehicle
Send the number of travellers, luggage requirements and any accessibility needs. Actual seating and luggage capacity will be confirmed in your proposal. Larger vehicles are available on request and subject to availability; the quotation identifies the arrangement offered.
A single direct transfer has different requirements from a sequence of shuttle journeys. Tell us whether everyone travels together, whether several departures are needed, and how many pickup addresses are involved.
Transport for weddings, business and tourism
For a wedding or private celebration, include the ceremony and reception addresses, pickup times and the return programme. For a seminar or trade show, provide hotel locations, venue access details and expected passenger numbers for each movement.
Tourist groups can request transport to Paris monuments, Disneyland, Normandy or another destination. A guide, entry tickets and attraction reservations are not included unless explicitly stated. Mention any timed visits when submitting your itinerary.
A quotation your organiser can review
Use the enquiry form or WhatsApp on +33 6 17 97 50 80 to share your schedule. Include the organiser’s contact details and note any parts of the programme still to be decided.
Before confirming, review the vehicles offered, passenger and luggage capacity, routes, timings, price and conditions. Changes to stops, group size or departure times should be discussed so the transport remains suited to the event.
